SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders may be processed but are not shipped from Thursday 12pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We ship to all US states for a flat rate of $9.99. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 after all discounts have been calculated.

Estimated delivery time is within 1-5 business days after the order has shipped, depending on the courier and state. ChocolateHunt uses USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship products.

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

 

Shipping damage

We protect all chocolate bars from heat (during warm season) and damage for no additional cost. However, ChocolateHunt is not responsible for any damage occurred to your shipment during transit, including but not limited to courier mishandling, or weather damage. So we highly recommend that you keep track of your shipment and be ready to receive your box when it is delivered.

In case your chocolate arrives soft but not melted, please leave it at a cool place (below 70 F) for about 2 hours and it should get back to its original integrity. You can also place it in the fridge for 30 min to achieve the same outcome. Please, avoid freezing your chocolate bar.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

ChocolateHunt is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you did not receive your order or part of it after delivery, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If that happens, please contact ChocolateHunt here and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Order tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ChocolateHunt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If we cannot validate the address,  the order will be canceled and refunded.

ChocolateHunt will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
