Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping outside the USA.
What are your shipping costs and how long does it take?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 for all US states, with free shipping on orders over $75. Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer gift wrapping.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we do not offer returns. If your order is damaged or missing, please contact us here, or through our Live Chat.
Can I use a coupon code with the bundle discount?
Certain discounts may not be combined with other discounts. However, most discount codes can be applied on top of the site-wide bundle discounts. For instance: a shipping discount cannot be used in conjunction with order discounts, but can be used with the bundle discount.
My chocolate arrived melted, what do I do?
During warm weather we provide extra protection against heat. That only assures the chocolates will withstand hot temperatures during shipping. So it is of utmost importance to keep track of your order and be ready to receive it when it arrives. If your chocolate arrives soft - very likely to happen with white chocolate - leave it in a cool place for about 2 hours or in the fridge for about 30 minutes. My chocolate arrived broken, what do I do?
We pack all orders with damage protection. But we are not responsible for how the shipments are handled by couriers after they leave our warehouse. Note that we only ship chocolates that are in perfect condition. However, if we received them damaged from an overseas distributor, we give them an additional 10% discount through our SNAP SALE.
